Indoor Photo Sessions

$150  plus tax

This is a 60 minute basic session with use of backdrop/props in our studio. This session result in up to 20 edited hi-resolution images that come with full printing rights.

*Specialty and Themed Sessions  are quoted upon request. 

Outdoor Photo Sessions

$200 plus tax

This is a 60 minute session at any location of your choice. This session results in up to 20 edited hi-resolution images that come with full printing rights.

*Mileage fee of $0.75/mile will be applied to locations outside of the Allentown/ Bethlehem area.

Newborn 

$225 plus tax

This is a 60 minute studio session that results in up to 10 edited hi-resolution images  that come with with full printing rights.

Child Milestone

$150 plus tax

This is a 60 minute basic session with your choice  of indoor or outdoor. (additional fee applied to outdoor sessions.) This session results in up to 10 edited hi-resolution images that come with full printing rights.

Cake Smash Add-On

 $75 plus tax

This is a 30 Minute add-on service to accompany any 60 minute photo session. This add-on will result in approximately 5-10 additional edited hi-resolution images.

Milk Bath Add-On

 $75 plus tax

This is a 30 Minute add-on service to accompany any 60 minute photo session. This add-on will result in approximately 5-10 additional edited hi-resolution images.

*Newborns must be medically allowed to have their body submerged in water. 

Buddy and Me

$200 plus tax

This 60 minute session can be done at your residence or any outside location of your choice.The session will result in up to 20 edited hi-resolution images with full printing rights.

*Mileage fee of $0.75/mile will be applied to locations outside of the Allentown/ Bethlehem area.

BOOKING PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

BOOKING: For all portrait sessions, a 50% non-fundable deposit is required to book and hold the date for your session. All remaining balances are due at the time of your session.

PAYMENT: All sessions and packages (plus fees & taxes) can be paid via cash, CashApp, Credit Card, Venmo, and Zelle

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations of booked portrait sessions, the client forfeits the deposit paid to book the session. The deposit may be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by contacting Park Ave Photography within 72 hours prior to the date of session.

Weddings & Events

BOOKING: For wedding packages and other parties/ events, a 30% deposit is due immediately to book and hold the date of your event. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks before the date of the event.  

CANCELLATION POLICY: For weddings and other events, if for any reason the client cancels before the date of the event, the deposit paid will serve as a cancellation fee. All cancellations must be sent in writing, by DM, text, or e-mail. If the cancellation is made and the client wishes to reschedule the event date, we will do our best to accommodate the change, and no additional fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date.  If there is no availability for the proposed new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy.

If Park Ave Photography cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, natural disaster, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Park Ave Photography will return the deposit to the client, but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
